Student Accommodation
There are 2.166 apartments or rooms in Bremen and 106 in Bremerhaven in a total of 12 student residences. In addition there are 26 places in Bremerhaven within the *cooperation project #H34 with the STÄWOG.
Furnishing
All our apartments and rooms are furnished. You don't have to bring your own furniture. Depending on the type of apartment / room, there is a kitchenette or electric stove, as well as a refrigerator, sink and a bathroom.
Size and rental price
We offer flat-rate rentals. This includes:
- Base rent
- Electricity
- Furnishing
- Heating
- Household waste disposal
- TV and internet connection
There are no running costs to add! The flat-rate rents differ depending on the room size and type and are usually well below market prices.
Apartments and rooms
We offer 1-room apartments, rooms in shared apartments of various sizes and 2, 3 and 4-room apartments available for student couples and families.
Residential complexes
The residential complexes are usualy equipped with common rooms, bicycle shelters, parking lots and washing centers. Janitors taking care of the complexes and apartments.
