With its 320 employees, Studierendenwerk Bremen is an important social service provider for 30,000 students in the state of Bremen. For the Student Housing department, we are looking for a full-time Real Estate Manager (f/m/d) for Student Housing to start as soon as possible.
You will manage the assigned student residences and housing complexes.

Checking eligibility for accommodation,
Conclusion of tenancy agreements,
Dealing with any correspondence relating to the tenancy,
Processing of tenancy agreement terminations,
Issuing repair orders,
invoicing tenants for damages arising from tenancies,
Obtaining quotations and awarding contracts for cleaning, garden maintenance, etc.,
Preparation of evaluations.
completed vocational training as a real estate agent (f/m/d),
several years of experience in letting and tenant support,
a high level of communication and teamwork skills and intercultural sensitivity,
good knowledge of MS Office programs,
good command of written and spoken English,
technical understanding in connection with damage assessments,
enjoy working with young people of all nationalities
